Empty Leg Index is a public list of openly published empty-leg private jet flights in the UK and Europe. It is not a carrier, broker or travel agent. Prices are indicative, as published by each source, and can change or vanish.

The site does not book flights and does not take payment.

## MCP

Tools:

- search_empty_legs — origin, destination, country or region (either end of the route), date range, aircraft category, max price. Prices in the payload are indicative.
- get_leg — one published leg by id, with source name, source URL, and fetch time.
- list_sources — every configured source, whether it is enabled, and the last refresh result.
- submit_enquiry — leg id, contact name, email, passengers, notes, and consent which must be true. It stores an enquiry and returns a reference. It returns the text "No booking or payment made; the operator will contact you / enquire via their link", plus the operator or broker's own booking URL. It does not confirm a seat and it does not take payment.

There is no book tool.
